    You lost me at electric knife. You should be able to slice em with a spoon they should be that tender. Not sure whats going on here

  7. You know the electric knife seems like a good idea with ribs. Mine always fall apart or the bark will tear before my knife cuts it and so you get some big ribs and some small ribs. Presentation never looks great.

    Good ribs don’t need a saws-all. Looks tasty. But you should be able to cut it with a butter knife.
